Located about 300mt from the lake in a peaceful residential area, Casa Ida is set in a beautiful large garden with garden furniture and sun beds.
Eeach flat has independent access on the same level, the flats have a large balcony for 2-6 persons.
These flats are suitable for a large family, two related families or friends.
A child's bed is available on request.
There is a car park for our guests.

4 steps lead up to this flat which is suitable for young children or senior citizens.
The kitchen is new and fully furnished with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
The sitting room has a fireplace, satellite T.V. and an extra bed if required, just outside the sitting room there is a large terrace (approximately mq30) with table chairs and sun bed.
There are 2 bedrooms, one sleeping 2 persons and the other sleeping 3 persons.
The bathroom has bath, shower and hot water.
The apartment have independent central heating, a outside private parking.
We supply all bed linen and towels which are changed weekly, more frequently if requested.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Note:
- End cleaning 100€;
- Ascension, Whit Sunday Corpus Domini: If you stay less than 5 nights, the price is the same for high season;
- Children under 2 years gratis;
- Children under 6 years 1/2 price;
- Price for apartments are for a minimum stay of 5 days (end-cleaning not included ), in high season from Saturday to Saturday. Ask the management for other arrangements;
- Apartments can be occupied after 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure.
- Bookings are accepted by sending a deposit of 30% of the total cost (minimum 80.00 €) within the next 7 days.
- The booking is valid only after receiving the deposit which must sent as soon as possible either by bank transfer. The deposit can be paid back only if the cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to arrival date with 30% fine.
- Late arrivals and early departures for any reason (damages, bad weather,illness,robberies,etc.) are not management responsibility, therefore the amount due is for the entire period booked. The amound must be paid in cash on arrival for the whole booked.
- The kitchen of the apartment must be left clean especially the dishes, pots etc., otherwise the management will charge you an extra sum of money.
Prices might vary depending on tax policy in force.
